 If someone dies and an administrator or an Executor handles the estate this person is noted in the wills, that wills are found to be non-fraudulent there are no issues were contesting it there are no claims filed against it, it is a generally accepted wills document in that wills there has to be was called an appointment Clause the appointment cause is simply whoever you appoint to be your Executor, executrix, or third party who will settle your estate who will be in charge of managing your affairs upon your death.
